Harness your design skills and see your ideas brought to life. Practise your woodworking skills and build a set. Get out your sewing machine and see your costumes paraded onstage. It's all about being part of the team...

Behind the scenes we have a whole team of exceptional craftspeople designing and bringing those designs to life.



We have a two dedicated units in Rickmansworth; a scenery hut with a large workspace,  and a prop and costume store. 

Our backstage teams work with a combination of professionally hired and self-created sets, lighting and sound equipment handpicked for each production. There's as much fun to be had behind the scenes as onstage...if not more!
